Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, the damage is almost seen evenly on the road from the intersection of Cilincing towards Tanah Merdeka, about two kilometers. Some roads that concreted are also damaged and seen holes. Even, some points are collapsed to a depth of about ten centimeters.
Oji (43), a citizen of RW 04 Cilincing Urban Village disclosed, the damage is due to channel reparation that takes six months ago. It is getting worse after there is sheet pile project at Cakung Drain River, about one month.

Such condition is worried to cause accidents for the road users, especially at night. "Many trailer trucks pass here, so it is prone to fatal accident. I hope it could be solved soon," he stressed.
On the other hand, Head of North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept, Hamdan admitted has monitored the damaged road. He assessed, it is due to the passing truck towards the project location.
"Truck is too heavy. That's why the road is damaged," he told.
His side cannot repair the road that is the authority of Public Work and Housing Ministry. So, his side cannot violate it.
